USE OF THE SERVICES AND COMPANY PROPERTIES
Welcome to Sarkarify! Your use of Sarkarify's services through this website and all related websites, data files, and applications that link to these terms of Service are governed by these terms of Service (the Terms or the Terms of Use), so please carefully read them before using the Services.
Parties Agreement
Customer and Sarkarify are referred to herein individually as a Party and collectively as the Parties. For these Terms, we, our, us, Company, and Sarkarify refers to the providers and operators of the Services.
Free Online Tools
File Processing & Data Privacy
All free tools on Sarkarify — including image converters, PDF tools, photo+signature joiner, resume maker, and more — process your files entirely within your browser on your device. No files are uploaded to our servers. Your documents, images, and personal data remain on your device at all times and are cleared when you close or refresh the page.
Tool Accuracy
Tools such as the Age Calculator, Resume Maker, and Bio Data Maker are provided for convenience and informational purposes. Results should be verified against official sources, especially for government job applications. Sarkarify does not guarantee the accuracy of calculated results or the suitability of generated documents for specific recruitment bodies.
Tool Output Quality
Image and PDF conversion results may vary depending on your browser, device capabilities, and input file quality. Sarkarify does not guarantee specific output quality, file size reduction, or format compatibility across all devices.
Photo & Signature for Government Applications
The Photo + Signature Joiner and Photo + Name Joiner tools are designed to help with government application form submissions. Output dimensions and quality should always be verified against the specific recruitment body's requirements before submission. Sarkarify is not responsible if an application is rejected due to photo or signature specifications not meeting requirements.
My Files & Forms
File Storage Service
The My Files & Forms feature allows registered users to upload and store personal documents, filled forms, and other files on our cloud storage. Unlike our free online tools which process files in your browser, this feature uploads and stores your files on our servers. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this section and our Privacy Policy.
Data Storage & Encryption
Files uploaded through My Files & Forms are stored on S3 storage with AES-256 server-side encryption at rest. Each file is stored in a user-specific directory and can only be accessed by the authenticated file owner. Download links are temporary (valid for 10 minutes) and unique to each request.
Credential Storage
My Files & Forms allows you to optionally store login credentials (username and password) alongside your files. These credentials are encrypted before storage and are never stored in plain text. However, Sarkarify is NOT a dedicated password manager. You store credentials at your own risk. We recommend using dedicated password management solutions for sensitive accounts. Sarkarify is not liable for any unauthorized access to stored credentials.
File Limits & Restrictions
Each user can store up to 15 files with a maximum size of 10MB per file. Supported formats include PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, JPG, PNG, WebP, and other common document and image formats. Executable files (.exe, .bat, .sh, etc.) are blocked for security. Users must not upload illegal, harmful, obscene, or copyrighted content. Sarkarify reserves the right to remove files that violate these terms.
Data Retention & Deletion
Files are stored indefinitely until you choose to delete them. Deletion is permanent and irreversible — deleted files cannot be recovered. Sarkarify does not provide backup or recovery services for deleted files. We recommend maintaining your own copies of important documents. If your account is terminated, all associated files and credentials will be permanently deleted.
No Guarantee of Availability
While we strive to maintain reliable storage, Sarkarify does not guarantee uninterrupted access to stored files. We are not liable for any data loss due to service outages, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control. This is a convenience feature, not a guaranteed archival service.
Metadata Collection
When you upload a file, we collect and store metadata including: original filename, file size, file type, upload timestamp, your IP address, and browser information. This metadata is used for service operation, security monitoring, and abuse prevention. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Software and Services
Modification of the software
Sarkarify may modify and/or update the software from time to time, as long as such modification(s) do not materially reduce the website performance or capabilities. Meanwhile, there is no liability for any damage, liabilities, losses (including any loss of data or profits), or any other consequences that the customer, any of the customer's authorized employees, and personnel who are authorized to access the software or any other third party may incur as a result of modifications in the software.
Support and services
Sarkarify gives its best commercial effort to provide support related to the product/service, but this agreement shouldn't be construed as a guarantee of product service beyond the scope of our product.
Restrictions and Responsibilities

Except as expressly authorized by this agreement, the customer may not: (a) modify, disclose, alter, translate or create derivative works of the website components, source code, design choice and algorithms that violate any intellectual property right or interfere with or disable any features, functionality, or security controls of the software (b) sublicense, resell, distribute, lease, rent, lend, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the software.
Customer Responsibilities
The customer shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining the security of the customer's infrastructure, browser, equipment, accounts, passwords, and files.
