Files & Documents (My Files & Forms)
When you use the My Files & Forms feature, files you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 cloud storage with AES-256 encryption at rest. We also store file metadata (filename, size, type, upload date). Optionally stored credentials (username and password) are encrypted using Fernet symmetric encryption before storage.
Analytics Data
We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time spent, device type, and browser information. This data is used to improve our services and is not linked to your personal identity.
Advertising Data
Google AdSense may collect data through cookies to serve personalized advertisements. This data collection is governed by Google's privacy policies.
Log Data
Our servers automatically record your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and interaction data. This information is stored by our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Cloudflare) for security and performance monitoring.
Free Online Tools
Our free browser-based tools (image converter, PDF merger, photo+signature joiner, resume maker, etc.) process files entirely on your device. No files or data from these tools are sent to our servers.
