Eligible candidates holding recognised teacher training qualifications such as D.El.Ed/B.T.C. or B.Ed may apply online via the official UPESSC portal. The exam comprises two papers: Paper I for primary level and Paper II for upper primary level, with candidates eligible to appear in one or both as per their qualification.
