Central Sanskrit University (CSU), established by an Act of Parliament and headquartered at Janakpuri, New Delhi, is a central government university dedicated to the promotion and preservation of Sanskrit language, literature, and associated knowledge systems. The university operates across multiple campuses and centres spread throughout India, including the Ekalavya Campus in Tripura, Vedvyas Campus in Himachal Pradesh, Shri Raghunath Kirti Campus in Uttarakhand, and the IKS-EDS Centre in Pune, among others. CSU has been accredited with an A++ grade by NAAC with a CGPA of 3.60. The current recruitment drive is for 144 Non-Teaching Posts spanning a wide range of administrative, technical, library, nursing, and support functions at Pay Levels 1 through 14 as per the 7th Central Pay Commission. Additionally, 7 posts are earmarked exclusively for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) on a horizontal/cross-cutting basis across five disability categories: Blindness and Low Vision, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Locomotor Disability including Cerebral Palsy and Dwarfism, Autism and Intellectual Disability, and Multiple Disabilities. 10 posts are reserved for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) as horizontal reservation.
