📖 Overview

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is the nodal recruitment agency for the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, responsible for conducting examinations and filling vacancies across various departments, autonomous bodies, and local bodies under the GNCT of Delhi. Advertisement No. 07/2025 covers a combined examination for the post of Multi-Tasking Staff (Post Code 803/25) across twelve departments including Excise, Entertainment & Luxury Taxes; Labour; Drugs Control; Urban Development; Public Grievances Commission; NCC; Registrar Cooperative Societies; General Administration; Office of the Lokayukta; Development Department; Food, Supplies & Consumer Affairs; and Sahitya Kala Parishad. The MTS cadre falls under Group C, Pay Level-1, and performs a wide range of support and general duties within government offices. DSSSB conducts a single One Tier General examination under a Combined Examination Scheme, allowing candidates to appear once and then submit departmental preferences at the e-dossier stage. The Board follows normalization of marks across multiple shifts, transparent draft answer key objection mechanisms, and a merit-cum-preference allocation system to ensure fair and efficient recruitment to these posts across the capital's administrative machinery.
